Bank on your Profit

Do you ever feel like your bank account is a vacuum cleaner, sucking up all of your cash? If so, I can fix that. I work one-on-one with business owners to put a profit plan in place, and keep it on track.

If you have ever said any of the below, know that we can help you solve it.

  • I never have any money to pay my taxes

  • I can't afford to take a paycheque

  • I want something to show for all of my hard work

  • I don't have enough money to hire more staff

  • My accountant says I'm profitable, but where does all the money go?

  • I don't know where all of my money goes.

It's your business. Your profit should come first.

The goal of your business isn’t to pay expenses. It’s to make a profit. Stop letting expenses rule your business and stress rule your life.

Traditionally, accounting and bookkeeping services are transactional - do the books, prepare the taxes, etc. Numbers in, numbers out, and you pay a fee. But what about profit? What if at the end of the day, by working with your bookkeeper, you actually fattened your wallet? My firm does just that.

We have the strategies to make your business more profitable than it has ever been before. And we are ready to do it for you starting now.

Pathfinder's Profit First Journey

Pathfinder Bookkeeping Profit Plan.jpg

In my business, before we recommend any new process or software, we try it out first.

I discovered Profit First in the fall of 2020. A Yarmouth business owner told me how eye-opening this book was, and how it helped her manage cash-flow. I went home that night and ordered my own copy. Over Christmas break, I read the book and knew right away that Profit First was right for me.

I implemented Profit First in my business before we returned for the New Year, and haven't looked back. I realized very quickly that Profit First can change a business and a life. After 9 months, I took the leap and became a Certified Profit First Professional, so that I can use this system to help my clients achieve permanent profitability.
