Before beginning a new engagement, we work hand-in-hand with you, reviewing your records to ensure accuracy and cleaning up any errors. This ensures you have confidence in your bookkeeping, and know that it is giving you the data you need.

Prior to beginning any bookkeeping engagement, Pathfinder completes a deep dive review. This is a thorough review of your bookkeeping set-up and practices along with an analysis for accuracy. This becomes our road map.

Any bookkeeping that is three months or more behind is considered a "rescue;" we need to get your records current to the end of the most recent month.

Once your records are current, we select a day of the month to complete your regular bookkeeping. This is our deadline to have your accounts reconciled, along with all of your revenue and expenses allocated.

You are now ready for a profit plan. This is a two-year plan, with quarterly goals and benchmarks, that will help you realize your dreams.
